RE: ADJUSTMENT OF EXPORT DOCUMENTATION FEE (DOC)

We would like to inform you that with effect from 7th May, 2011, the Export Documentation Fee for Bill of
Lading issued at Hong Kong, Macau and South China will be adjusted as follows,

Location: New Doc Fee:
Hong Kong and Macau HKD300 per Bill of Lading
South China Provinces RMB300 per Bill of Lading
(Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi,
Hainan and Yunnan)
